JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage employees and operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in Indonesia.

• Developing and executing the strategic business plan.
• Controlling country’s annual budget.
• Achieving of sales targets and coordinatingprojects and sales activities.
• Producing business performance reports.
• Quality managementand delivering the highest standards of customer service.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff.Staff performance monitoring
• Cooperation with payroll accounting company.
• Organizing and directing operational and team meetings on a regular basis. Establishing a system of reports and communication between different units.
• Building and maintaining relations with customers, public relations departments of businesses and cooperation partners.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• At least 3 years of prior experience in senior management role gained in a high-growth organization;
• Bachelor Degree of Management; preferably in the field of process management, quality management, lean management, international business administration or related; MBA is an advantage.
• Excellent Proficiency of English;
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills; strategic planning skills.
• Great communication and organizational skills;
• Independence, initiative and result orientation.
